Cancellation Refund Policies

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For Electronic products , return is not available. Item once sold and downloaded, cannot be returned. In such cases, you may request for a refund by sending an email to admin@jd-packaging.com

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For digital products, refund requests will be reviewed by our team . A refund request will be approved only if the product is not downloaded. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For digital items, product will be delivered over provided E-Mail address. Product can be downloaded only once. Download link will be sent within 4 Hours on provided email address at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be permitted only up to 7 Days from the date of successful purchase. Under no circumstances cancellations can be requested after this period. No cancellations will be processed if the product is downloaded. For cancellations, kindly mail us your Transaction ID from your Registered E-Mail address to admin@jd-packaging.com
